Overall, The Designful Company is a good read those interested in how design can speed up innovation while reducing risk, but I certainly wouldn’t make this the only book you read on the subject.
Easy to say, harder to put in real life in my opinion. The focus of this particular book is how virtually everything in business can be designed, and designed more effectively.
